De praktische invulling is nog wel subregionaal vanwege verschillende onderwerpen die in de subregio\u2019s spelen. In 2024 wil de regio vanuit een interne, stabiele basis de behoefte van leden en de opdrachten van de regio kunnen vertalen naar een regionale agenda met concrete doelen, acties en tijdspaden.<\/h4>\n<p><strong><u>Achterhoek:<\/u><\/strong> In het eerste jaar van het regionale contract (juli 2022-juni 2023) waren de lumpsumfinanciering en de interne financi\u00eble doorverdeling een punt van discussie. Het huidige contract heeft ertoe geleid dat leden omwille van financi\u00eble redenen moesten afschalen in zorg en dienstverlening. In april zijn we gestart met een nieuwe offerteronde voor het tweede contractjaar (juli 2023 \u2013 december 2023 en januari \u2013 december 2024), waarin we een basis hebben genomen van huidige productie, toename van complexiteit en opslagfactoren als innovatie en consultatie. De tarieven vanaf 1 juli 2023 zijn beter passend bij de zorgvraag en daarmee de dienstverlening van onze leden.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Twente:<\/u> <\/strong>In 2023 zijn de marktconsultaties voor de aanbesteding van het nieuwe contract per 1 januari 2025 gestart. In samenwerking met Vereniging Zorgboeren Overijssel is in september een bijeenkomst georganiseerd om alle leden van CBZ en VZO te informeren over de komende aanbesteding. Er zijn nieuwe leden toegetreden en leden hebben er voor gekozen om een groter deel van hun dienstverlening via CBZ te laten verlopen.
